Terms of Use

1Acceptance

By downloading the app, editing photos, playing media, making purchases, or otherwise using our services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

We may revise these terms from time to time with notice. Continued use of the app after an update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

This Agreement is between you and HARDSTONE PTE. LTD. only — not Apple Inc. Apple has no responsibility for our services or content. Where Apple's terms are more restrictive, those terms apply.

2Our Services

We grant you access to our services, which include photo editing, music and video playback, and other functionalities available within the app.

3Intellectual Property

"All material available on the Service — including software, effect design, fonts, sticker design, music, or other materials — are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws."

You may not sell, license, modify, or create derivative works from our materials.

You retain ownership of content you create using the app.

4Your Responsibilities

You agree to abide by this Agreement and any applicable third-party licenses when using our services.

5Payment

1. Paid subscriptions grant access to premium features including stickers, filters, effects, backgrounds, themes, and ad removal.
2. Pricing varies by product. One-time purchases may also be available. All transactions are processed through the Apple App Store.
3. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
4. You can manage or cancel subscriptions via your App Store account settings.
5. Cancelling a free trial before it ends incurs no charges.
6. Refund Policy: All billing and transaction processes are handled by the Apple App Store. Please contact Apple directly for refund requests.
7. Apple has no maintenance or support obligations under this Agreement.
8. App Store subscriptions apply only to Apple devices and are not transferable to other platforms.

6Termination

Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time. You may stop using the app at any time. We may discontinue your access if you violate these terms or if continuing the service creates legal exposure.

Sections 3, 5, 7, 8, and 9 survive termination and remain in effect.

7Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for loss of data, damages arising from your use or disclosure of content, service unavailability, third-party conduct, or related matters.

Apple-specific: Apple may refund the purchase price for non-conforming apps but has no other warranty obligations. We bear sole responsibility for any warranty-related claims under applicable law.

8Privacy Policy

We collect and manage your personal information in accordance with this Agreement and our Privacy Policy. By using the app, you consent to such collection and use.

9Disclaimers and Warranties

1. Services are provided "AS-IS". All implied warranties — including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose — are disclaimed. We make no commitment regarding availability, accuracy, or error correction.
2. We are not liable for any harm resulting from your use of the services. You bear sole responsibility for any damage to your device or data loss.
3. We are not responsible for user-generated content that is shared externally.

10Other

1. If any provision of this Agreement is found invalid, it will be interpreted to best reflect the original intent while complying with applicable law. All other provisions remain in effect.
2. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes will be submitted to a court in the defendant's jurisdiction.
